Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead crews, plan work, and ensure high-quality electrical installations on critical facilities projects. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and accurate documentation of field activities.

Responsibilities include material planning, tool and inventory control, daily time reporting, QA/QC inspections, and maintaining up-to-date as-built drawings. Strong communication and adherence to quality standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is installed to high-quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain safety compliance.
• Maintain as-built drawings and log updates weekly.
• Prepare daily hour/unit reports for crews and track material inventories.
• Complete QA/QC procedures and document discrepancies for resolution.
• Ensure clean-up and proper tool/inventory management at end of day.

Education

6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED

4+ years of experience with an Associate degree
