Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Read and understand estimates with project management or superintendent.
• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within crew.
• Mentor and coach crew members using formal feedback processes.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, with safety compliance.
• Maintain licensing, training, and documentation and customer relations.
