Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise medium-size projects (5–10 electricians).
• Maintain licensing and training requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
• Read and understand estimates with PM/superintendent for installation layout.
• Provide feedback and coaching to crew members.
• Enforce safety procedures and address hazards on site.
