Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Licensed Foreman I to supervise electrical installations, troubleshoot and maintain in commercial and industrial environments. The role requires traveling 60-75% and leading crews of 5–10 electricians, ensuring on-time, budget-conscious and safe project delivery.

Applicants should have completed an apprenticeship or equivalent with about 8,000 hours, and be able to work 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential nights/weekends based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 60-75% of time.
• Work schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations, troubleshooting and maintenance in commercial/industrial settings.
• Run medium-size projects with 5–10 electricians and motivate crews to meet goals.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
• Manage resources, read estimates with PM/superintendent, and document performance via logs.
• Provide coaching, feedback and mentorship to crew members; promote safety and HR processes.
