Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations and maintenance on commercial/industrial sites.
• Read and understand estimates with PM/superintendent help.
• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within crew.
• Mentor and coach crew members and enforce safety procedures.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
