Job summary

Swoon is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams while ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate labor/resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Mentor and train apprentices and newer electricians.

Skills

Strong journeyman-level electrical experience

Extensive knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems

Thorough understanding of NEC and applicable electrical codes

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
