Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial and/or industrial projects in the Charlotte area. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with other trades, and a strong commitment to safety and quality on-site.

You will supervise daily activities, read plans and specs, plan manpower and materials, and ensure work meets NEC and client standards. A strong communicator with project coordination skills is essential for success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of electrical crews.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for projects.
• Install, troubleshoot, and inspect electrical systems.
• Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, specifications, and standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
• Train electricians and apprentices.
• Track progress, materials, and labor.
• Identify and resolve field issues to protect schedule.
• Perform quality-control inspections and pass inspections.
