Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of electrical construction experience, supervisory preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise field employees on electrical projects.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations and safety standards.
• Lead cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance activities.
• Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Travel for projects as required.
