Job summary

Fountain Services, LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a crew of 4-8 electricians, apprentices, and helpers on complex electrical installations. You will oversee planning, installation, safety, and mentoring from start to finish.

You will manage project execution, read blueprints and drawings, ensure NEC compliance, and coordinate with Superintendents and General Contractors to maintain quality and schedule. A strong emphasis on safety and professional growth is core to this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading crews.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train a crew of electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce best practices on job sites.
• Plan, lay out, and oversee installation of electrical systems per specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Track progress using Procore and collaborate using Bluebeam.
• Maintain strong communication with Superintendents and General Contractors.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with the NEC and job standards.
• Promote a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA standards.
