Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on major projects, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with the project superintendent, managing materials and manpower, and leveraging iPads and smartphones to stay ahead of schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience, a valid journeyman or master electrician license, strong NEC knowledge, and solid writing skills.

Qualifications

• Must have progressive electrical leadership experience.
• Five or more years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes; strong safety culture.
• Basic computer and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, manage materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
