Qualifications

Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
Experience leading electrical scope on large projects.
Experience in multifamily residential and/or commercial construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Solid understanding of NEC and local codes.
Basic IT and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned electrical scope, including labour and materials.
Lead, supervise, and develop on-site electrical teams.
Coordinate daily activities with superintendents and other trades.
Uphold safety and quality standards across works.
Use field technology to monitor progress and delivery.
Mentor and motivate team members to drive performance.
Ensure compliance with NEC and all relevant regulations.
