Qualifications

• Journeyman Certification in Texas is required.
• Minimum 10 years experience in electrical foreman roles.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA70E and local codes.
• Willingness to work in the field full-time with crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of electricians (10+), ensuring on-time, safe project completion.
• Lead crews including apprentices and journeymen, delegating tasks effectively.
• Ensure QA and client satisfaction by reviewing plans and coordinating field installations.
