Job summary

Royal Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman for projects in the San Antonio/Austin area. You will work with the Superintendent and customers to manage the project, schedule, and field employees, providing leadership and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have a Texas Journeyman Certification, 10+ years of experience, and strong plan-reading and conduit-bending skills. You will oversee crews, coordinate materials, and drive on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Certification in Texas is required.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical field experience.
• Ability to read plans and lay out work.
• Leadership of crews including apprentices and journeypersons.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams of electricians and meet deadlines.
• Lead crews of apprentices and journeypersons.
• Ensure safety, QC, and scheduling on site.
• Coordinate materials, tools and equipment for project scope.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee project close-outs.
