Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a crew of ~5 electricians.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Meet production and budget goals by coordinating tasks with the crew.
• Ensure work complies with local codes and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install conduit and electrical devices.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics; lay out work from drawings.
• Lead safety practices and teamwork on site.
