Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and direct crews in installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities in New Mexico. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance, plan work from drawings and Navis models, and ensure compliance with NEC and client requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial electrical work, 2+ years leading crews, and a Journeyman Electrician license.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading electrical crews as Foreman or similar.
• Journeyman Electrician license required; Master license a plus.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required (or within 90 days). NFPA 70E training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crews of 4–15 craft personnel including journeyman electricians, apprentices, and helpers.
• Plan installation layouts from drawings, specifications, and Navis/BIM models.
• Ensure NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA and Loenbro quality standards are met.
• Coordinate inspections with AHJ, client, and third-party inspectors; drive punch list closure.
• Oversee QA/QC inspections, testing, and documentation; maintain red-line drawings and daily reports.
