Job summary

The Electrical Foreman at Norlee Group, Inc. leads and supervises electrical crews on commercial, industrial, healthcare, and multi‑family projects. You ensure work is safe, on schedule, within budget, and in line with project specifications and electrical codes.

You coordinate manpower, materials, and communication between field teams and project management. As the on‑site leader, you mentor apprentices, manage materials, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years electrical experience with leadership or foreman roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems and NEC/local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on assigned job sites.
• Plan and schedule work to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Enforce NEC/local codes and safety regulations; conduct safety talks and toolbox meetings.
