Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience as an electrician in commercial construction and lighting.
• Must pass drug and background screen.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive customer service skills.
• Experience leading crews or foreman on ground-up construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to FSG Electric field electricians under the Project Manager to meet timelines.
• Coordinate schedules with other trades and supervise subcontractor scopes.
• Work with Project Manager to understand project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, information and manpower to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee office correspondence and administrative paperwork.
• Forecast manpower by establishing work schedules and crew requirements.
• Inspect workmanship to meet FSG quality standards.
• Train and develop subordinate staff for career growth.
• Ensure crew safety and adherence to FSG safety protocols.
