Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician in Missouri to lead a crew and oversee installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems on industrial projects. You will mentor Journeyman, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring adherence to plans and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and coordination with supervision to meet schedules and budgets. On-site duties include installation, troubleshooting, and field training to grow team capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead and coach a crew of ~5 electricians.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and specifications.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and local codes.
• Proficient with construction scheduling and material planning.
• Willingness to work weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers, and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedule for the team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
• Assist in meeting production and budget goals.
• Ensure crew work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Install and terminate electrical devices and conduits.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Lay out work from drawings, including underground layouts.
• Troubleshoot lighting and power circuits.
• Demonstrate safety and teamwork on site.
