Job summary

Veracity Electric is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead field operations on commercial projects. You will supervise crews, plan daily tasks, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality across installations of conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and lighting.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment while fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years as a Journeyman Electrician.
• At least two years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to travel to assigned job sites and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead teams of electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and oversee electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets requirements.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment for efficiency.
• Train and mentor apprentices and electricians to build skills.
