Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead planning, layout, installation, testing, and repair of wiring, fixtures, motors and control systems at our Arizona project sites. You will supervise craft personnel, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with other crews to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum four years’ experience in industrial/commercial electrical construction.
• Must set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, and productivity for crew members.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with other foremen and crews.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and assure high quality work.
• Participate in safety, quality, production, and planning meetings.
• Ensure crew performance evaluations are conducted.
• Promote a Continuous Improvement culture on site.
• Ensure accuracy of time sheets, quantity and productivity reports.
• Develop weekly and daily work plans and monitor the 6‑week schedule.
• Establish weekly production goals and complete work on time and under budget.
• Adhere to company policies and Sundt Way in supervision.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to crew members.
