Mortenson is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a skilled team responsible for the maintenance and installation of electrical systems, ensuring safety and adherence to codes. The role includes oversight of the electrical craft team and coordination with project plans.

The candidate will supervise field personnel, review work orders, and ensure quality workmanship while meet­ing project timelines. Strong communication and safety focus are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Trade or technical school certification/diploma preferred.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Ability to read plans and project drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and fixtures.
• Lead and coach electrical craft team members.
• Study plans and work orders to determine requirements and sequence of work.
• Repair and maintain high voltage systems.
• Ensure safety and code compliance on all tasks.
• Maintain and organize tools and supplies.
• Update knowledge through ongoing training.
