We seek journeyman-level leaders with strong communication, problem‑solving and ownership mindset who can mentor apprentices.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level experience with strong leadership ability.
• Proven experience running or assisting in running jobs.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety.
• Ability to read plans and manage work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Takes ownership, leads by example, and high work standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on commercial job sites from start to finish
• Plan, organize, and execute electrical installations
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and workflow
• Ensure work is completed safely and up to code
• Train and mentor apprentices and electricians
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
