Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial projects in Moore, SC. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, ensure quality workmanship, and mentor the team on safety and processes.

You will read plans, develop material lists, coordinate scheduling with supervision, and drive on-time, within-budget performance while maintaining adherence to NEC and local codes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a small crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications and contract documents.
• Communicates with other trades and aligns schedules with supervision.
• Understands NEC guidelines and ensures safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets the highest standards and safety requirements.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and manage material lists.
• Lay out work from electrical drawings and project documents; install conduit and devices.
• Troubleshoot lighting and general power circuits and verify wiring sizes.
