Job summary

Willmar Electric in Lawton, OK seeks a Licensed Journeyman Foreman to oversee installation, upgrades, renovations, and to mentor apprentices on active projects.

You will lead planning rhythms, coordinate materials and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with owners and general contractors while earning $38.00 to $44.00 per hour. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold and maintain the state issued Master/Journeyman license requirements.
• OSHA30 hour (Construction Safety and Health) certification.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in computer programs, including Procore; Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate information to field staff, office staff, general contractors and other trades.
• Possess the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code book and navigate it.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in on-site Foreman meetings, safety meetings, and lead daily huddles.
• Lead weekly 1:1 sessions with General Superintendent and coordinate with internal/external customers.
• Maintain knowledge of project status, hours, materials and percent complete.
• Coordinate and maintain job site tools, equipment and on-site drawings.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely progress within budget.
• Provide accurate performance evaluations as directed and mentor craftworkers.
