Upchurch is hiring a Foreman to lead field operations on construction, installation, maintenance, and service projects across the southeastern US. You will supervise field crews, coordinate daily site activities, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain schedules while enforcing safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong leadership, communication, and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED REQUIRED.
• 5+ years in commercial construction, installation or service.
• Ability to read blueprints and project docs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and lead on-site operations.
• Coordinate daily activities, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs, and schedules.
• Read blueprints and project specs accurately.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Managers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Inspect work for quality, safety and code compliance.
• Assist with startup, testing, and turnover activities.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
