Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman for our Conyers, GA site. Project length is until February 2027. The role is PD eligible and involves working in a demanding industrial setting, often within a 60-mile radius of the job site.

Expect hands-on supervision seven days a week on project activities and safety compliance. You will review contracts, plans, and schedules, coordinate crews, and mentor craft personnel while ensuring adherence to design,

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of craft experience with at least 1 year in a lead role in industrial construction.
• Familiar with industrial construction methods, labor requirements, and project interfaces.
• Excellent leadership and communication; ability to manage craft employees.
• Completion of safety-related certifications such as OSHA 10 as required.

Responsibilities

• Safety promotion and supervision of construction crews.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities and crews.
• Review contract documents, drawings, specs, and shop estimates.
• Study project execution plans, safety plans, QA/QC plans and schedules.
• Maintain site rules, break times, smoking rules, and access logistics.
• Ensure adherence to design, budget and schedule; interface with Superintendent.
• Interface with project team to establish schedules and resolve issues.
• Ensure materials, drawings, manpower, tools, and equipment are available as needed.
• Provide prioritized work instructions and monitor progress.
• Assist with safety program implementation and mentor craft personnel.

Essential Duties

• Safety - promote safety and work safely around the hazards associated with the construction field.
• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of crews.
• Thoroughly review contract and all available scope documents, drawings, specifications, and shop estimate.
• Study project execution and tracking documents including the project execution plan, project safety plan, QA/QC plan, schedule, man loading projections, equipment rental schedule, job cost breakdown and cost codes, installed quantity and labor tracking plan, and subcontracting strategy.
• Maintain site specific rules and logistic guidelines that make sense as it relates to break times and locations, smoking rules, shift start and stop times and locations, and food or drink concessions.
• Ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with Superintendent to ensure all company, client, and project policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Interface with all project team members as required in the establishment of project schedules and resolving schedule problems.
• Ensure that materials, drawings, manpower, specifications, tools, consumables, and equipment are available when needed.
• Provide prioritized work activity instructions to all craftsmen and monitor their progress.
• Assist with the implementation/interpretation of safety programs.
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, state and federal statutes and guidelines
• Miscellaneous duties as directed

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in craft. One (1) year as a Lead or higher working in an industrial construction setting.
• Familiar with construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements and how they apply to industrial construction projects.
• Ability to effectively interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
• Possess excellent leadership skills and have the ability to effectively manage craft employees.
• Hands-on job foreman experience.
• Completion of Safety related certifications such as OSHA 10 or Safety council programs as required by company and/or client.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have locking tool box and tools necessary to perform the job.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.

Physical/Site Requirements

• Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with age.
• Work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperature extremes and other outside conditions.
• Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
• PPE footwear/prescription safety glasses or eye shields required. This job site requires long sleeves
