Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installation projects across North America. You will direct installation crews, coordinate tasks, ensure quality and safety, and work closely with project management to meet timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include mentoring crews, reading engineered drawings, and traveling nationwide to customer sites. The role requires hard work, strong safety focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely in variable environments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
• Willingness to travel 100% to customer sites within the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
• Strong safety awareness with a commitment to a secure workplace.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and performing related site tasks.

As an Electrical Foreman, you will lead electrical installation projects at client locations throughout North America. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading all aspects of installation crews, coordinating work assignments, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on time and within budget. This hands-on leadership role requires planning, team mentorship, fixing issues, and close collaboration with project management to deliver successful mechanical system installations.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $50,800 - $71,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and performing tasks including moving, dragging, bending, navigating low spaces, and traversing extensive construction sites in various climates.
• Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
• Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.
• A validdriver's licenseisrequired.
