Our leading electrical construction company is currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in electrical construction to lead our team of skilled electricians. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installations, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, ensuring all work adheres to established plans and specifications.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure maximum productivity.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
• Proven experience as an electrical foreman or a similar lead electrical role.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
