We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have experienced tremendous growth and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure steady revenues. Our company handles the entire process from Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting, Construction, to Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor with construction crews operating in California and soon nationwide.

Overview of Position:

We are seeking experienced Foremen for multiple projects in California. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a crew of 5-10 workers
• Reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes
• Supervising trenching, backfilling, and underground scanning
• Overseeing pouring and finishing concrete pads, paving, and conduit placement
• Managing electrical resources on-site
• Organizing safety meetings and delegating tasks
• Serving as the primary contact with the site superintendent
• Training apprentices as needed
• Maintaining safety standards and reporting violations
• Controlling inventory and organizing material lists
• Maintaining tools and inspecting completed jobs
• Collaborating with principals and supervisors to complete projects
• Responding to emergencies and updating logs and client accounts
• Communicating professionally with clients and handling inspections
