Job summary

Rogers Electric is looking for an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects from ground-up construction to remodels. You will read blueprints, run conduit, wire, terminate devices, and manage service upgrades for retail clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels.
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members.
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion.
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices.
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients.
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials.
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff.
