Job summary

Rogers Electric in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects—from ground-up construction to remodels—ensuring safety and quality on every phase.

You will read blueprints, supervise crew members, coordinate with store/facilities and maintain documentation, while traveling up to 75% and delivering weekly pay with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% (including nights/weekends).
• Able to lift and work on ladders.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels.
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members.
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion.
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices.
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients.
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials.
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff.

Your Day-to-Day
