Our Employee-Owned company has immediate full-time openings for an Electrical Foreman in Greenville, Charleston, North Augusta, and Columbia, South Carolina. This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal sectors as part of a growing team. All positions are regular, full-time, and benefits-eligible. Pay depends on experience, skills, and knowledge.

This role requires a decisive leader with a passion for outdoor, hands-on work and a strong commitment to safety in construction project management. Candidates should thrive in team environments and contribute quickly.

Role, Function & Organization:

Schedules, coordinates, and supervises field employees on electrical construction or service projects. Collaborates with other trades to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and policies, and ensures efficient project completion in accordance with building codes and safety standards.

• Knowledge of construction disciplines, contract documents, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering drawings.

• Ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance.
• Leadership capability to manage electrical crews.
• Overtime and long hours may be required.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
