Job summary

ISC Constructors is seeking a positive, energetic foreman to join our skilled team. You will guide crew members and ensure safe, efficient execution of electrical and instrumentation projects at various job sites.

Qualifications include NCCER Skill Assessment cut score, 4+ years in the electrical/instrumentation field, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks. ISC offers excellent wages and a complete benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the cut score on the NCCER Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.

Responsibilities

• Report all injuries and incidents promptly to the Supervisor.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate to crew members.
• Assist with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Report any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates to the Supervisor.
• Requisition, store, and upkeep material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

The Position:

We are looking for positive, energetic foreman with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Responsible for promptly reporting all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for receiving permits from operations and communicating to all crew members.
• Assists with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Responsible for correcting, then reporting, any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates in the crew to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assists the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
