Job summary

Anvil Edge Electric is seeking a Traveling Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise our field crews on commercial projects. This role requires traveling to out-of-state job sites for work weeks, with potential home-site assignments near our New Jersey base.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with project managers and trades, ensure safety compliance, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery. Strong leadership and a hands-on approach are essential.

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who takes pride in leading crews the right way - on time, on budget, and built to last. This position requires traveling to out-of-state job sites for the work week, with the potential of also working close to home - as we are a NJ-based company.

What You'll Do

What You Need

• Proven experience running commercial electrical projects in the field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on approach - you lead from the front, not the sideline
• Solid knowledge of electrical installation methods, NEC standards, and jobsite coordination
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must own basic hand tools
