Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Location: Charleston, SC

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage multimillion-dollar electrical projects in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical contracting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee project scopes effectively. This role requires a clean background, professionalism, and stability in previous positions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise electrical crews on multimillion-dollar projects.
2. Manage project scopes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Maintain a strong focus on safety and enforce OSHA guidelines on-site.
4. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure project success.
5. Perform inspections, quality control checks, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
6. Prepare and maintain documentation, including progress reports and safety records.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman.
2. Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
3. Proven experience managing electrical scopes on multimillion-dollar projects.
4. Strong preference for candidates with multi-family project experience; commercial experience will also be considered.
5. OSHA 30 certification is required.
6. Must have a stable work history and clean drug and background checks.
7. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
