Qualifications

Electrical Foreman

Location: Austin, Texas

Hours: Full-time

An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foreman to join a growing team delivering major construction projects across Round Rock and the wider Austin area.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

You will play a pivotal role in leading teams, coordinating site activity, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned electrical scope, including labour and materials
• Lead, supervise, and develop on-site electrical teams
• Coordinate daily activities alongside superintendents and other trades
• Uphold strict safety and quality standards across all works
• Use field technology to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery
• Mentor and motivate team members to drive performance and productivity
• Ensure compliance with NEC and all relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• At least 5 years’ experience running scope on large-scale projects
• Experience within multifamily residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of NEC, local codes, and safety standards
• Basic IT and documentation skills
