Job summary

INDUSA is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Austin, Texas, to lead on-site electrical teams across major construction projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently within fast-paced environments.

You will manage scope, coordinate with superintendents and trades, and ensure NEC and local code compliance while using field technology to track progress and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience on large-scale electrical projects.
• Experience in multifamily residential and/or commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of NEC, local codes and safety standards.
• Basic IT and documentation skills.

Electrical Foreman

An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foreman to join a growing team delivering major construction projects across Round Rock and the wider Austin area.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

You will play a pivotal role in leading teams, coordinating site activity, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned electrical scope, including labour and materials


• Lead, supervise, and develop on-site electrical teams


• Coordinate daily activities alongside superintendents and other trades


• Uphold strict safety and quality standards across all works

Requirements:
