Job summary

GROB Systems, Inc. in Bluffton, OH is seeking an Electrical Technician responsible for integrating electrical components into mechanical designs of custom machines.

You will interpret engineering input from Electrical, Fluid, and Mechanical teams to assemble electrical systems for proprietary equipment. Candidates should have an Associate degree or Journeyman license, prior manufacturing electrician experience, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
• Previous electrician work in a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of drawings, schematics and troubleshooting.
• Experience using the metric system.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

The main purpose of the Electrical Technician will be the implementation of all electrical related components and materials into the mechanical design of GROB custom machines. This position will need to directly interpret information delivered by Electrical, Fluid, and Mechanical Engineering to successfully assemble the electrical systems for GROB proprietary systems.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Journeyman Electrician License preferred
