Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a FIELD TRAINER/FACILITATOR ELECTRICAL TRADE to deliver and improve training programs for field and office employees from our Clinton, MD area. The role partners with leadership to assess training needs, implement programs, and update materials as procedures and tools change.

The ideal candidate已 possesses practical electrical construction and field leadership experience, and a proven ability to coach and develop adult learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education, adult learning, instructional system design, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performing needs assessments, designing and delivering instructor-led and online training for adult learners, and evaluation of learning programs.
• Excellent facilitation skills and demonstrated experience working with clients and stakeholders to analyze existing practices and processes, recommend improvements and lead change initiatives as it relates to course delivery.
• Proficiency with course development using e-learning tools and multimedia programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of outcomes-based curriculum and competency-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and leadership to understand business functions and identify competency and training needs, conduct performance assessments and determine key learning outcomes.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify key processes and content for training programs and related materials; solicit feedback continuously.
• Work with instructional designers to create and maintain course curriculum, materials, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Deliver training using in-person or virtual modalities and continuously improve content.
• Track participation and outcomes, and maintain training records for the company.
