Job summary

HomePro in Texas is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead residential electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion. You will oversee crews, coordinate with estimators and warehouse, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a Residential Wireman license (or higher) and have at least 2 years in the electrical field, with knowledge of NEC rules and municipal requirements.

Qualifications

• Residential Wireman license or better preferred.
• Electrical field experience in residential production home building preferred.
• Ability to manage sub crews and service technicians.
• Strong understanding of NEC and municipality requirements.
• At least 2 years of electrical field experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Proactively follow community progress and ensure builder deadlines are met.
• Quality walks are performed and completed in a timely manner.
• Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately.
• Build and maintain all customer relationships.
• Mentor and train employees improving the team.
• Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player.

Required Education & Experience Additional Information
