HomePro, based in Texas, is hiring an Electrical Field Supervisor to oversee residential electrical projects. Lead teams, ensure safety, and meet builder deadlines while delivering high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Residential Wireman license or better.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical field experience.
• Experience with residential production home building.
• Ability to manage sub crews and service technicians.
• Strong understanding of Electrical Code and Municipality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Proactively follow community progress and ensure builder deadlines are met.
• Quality walks are performed and completed in a timely manner.
• Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately.
• Build and maintain all customer relationships.
• Mentor and train employees to improve the team.
• Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.
