Job summary

HomePro in Texas is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead residential electrical projects and teams. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and bonus potential, with a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

You will mentor crews, coordinate with estimating and warehouse, and ensure safety, quality, and builder deadlines are met while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Residential Wireman electrical license or better preferred
• Electrical experience in residential production home building preferred
• Ability to manage sub crews and service technicians
• Strong understanding of National Electrical Code and Municipality requirements
• Willingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary
• Self-motivated and driven individuals who are looking to further develop their career

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Proactively follow community progress and ensure builder deadlines are being met
• Quality walks are being performed and completed in a timely manner
• Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
• Build and maintain all customer relationships
• Mentor and train employees improving the team
• Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
