Job summary

Workspire partners with an industrial services client to hire a Field Operations Executive, Electrical in Atlanta, GA. You will lead craft workforce operations, oversee recruiting, dispatching, and field execution, and align staffing with project needs to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.

Reporting to the Regional VP, you will mentor craft supervision, review costs and production, collaborate with project managers, and drive look-ahead scheduling and resource coordination across the

Qualifications

• Fifteen years in industrial construction with leadership roles.
• Experience managing large multi-crew projects (500+ craft employees).
• Strong knowledge of the service line and supervision guidance.
• Proficiency with payroll/quantity entry and scheduling reports.
• Valid driver's license and OSHA 30 or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, dispatching, and management of craft employees.
• Assess trade competencies and align skills with project needs.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly activities with leadership.
• Ensure labor, equipment, and subcontractors align with project plans.
• Support cost, quality, planning, and customer concerns with project leadership.
• Visit jobsites for progress checks, reviews, and closeouts.
