Workspire is partnering with a nationally recognized construction services organization to identify an experienced Project Executive to lead complex electrical construction initiatives in the Dallas, TX area. This role oversees large-scale commercial and industrial projects, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team leadership across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in electrical/industrial construction.
• Experience managing large construction projects including budgeting and procurement.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid or similar tools.
• Proven leadership of engineers, PMs, superintendents, and field teams.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electrical construction projects to deliver on time while protecting margins.
• Build a high-performing project leadership team across engineering, procurement, construction, and field ops.
• Drive profitability by tracking forecasts, risks, and corrective actions.
• Oversee installation of complex electrical/industrial systems with safety and codes compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and change-order management.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and engineers on schedules, costs, and resource planning.
• Lead procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Manage monthly Schedule of Values submissions and project documentation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive reporting on performance and financial health to leadership.
