Job summary

Employee Workplace seeks a Temporary Electrical Field Superintendent to lead low-voltage electrical subcontractors on a major high-tech project in Boise, ID. You will manage schedules, safety, QA/QC, and field coordination across multiple areas.

The role requires 5+ years in low-voltage electrical construction, OSHA 30, and proficiency with industry software. Strong leadership and collaboration with clients and engineers are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of low-voltage electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading field operations on industrial, manufacturing, data center, or high-tech construction projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, Prolog, Bluebeam, E-Builder, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of low-voltage electrical subcontractors and coordinate with other trade disciplines.
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel across multiple project areas.
• Manage project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Lead safety, quality control, and QA/QC efforts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve design, constructability, and field coordination issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Provide field support for project planning, staffing, and cost estimating activities.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
