Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience with rail, transit, or water/wastewater construction projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard techniques to engineering tasks and develop details of work.
• Prepare calculations and drawings; assist with field inspections and documentation.
• Support construction administration and budget development; coordinate meetings.
• Research project information for reporting and funding requests; maintain centralized project files.
• Attend meetings with project managers and participate in community outreach as needed.
