Job summary

Enerfab is seeking an Electrical Field Engineer I in Desoto, KS. You will support project activities, conduct site inspections, assist in project coordination, and ensure construction progresses according to plans.

Requirements include a BS in electrical engineering or related field preferred; 0–2 years in electrical construction or engineering; strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork; ability to work outdoors and use MS Office/PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in electrical construction or engineering.
• Basic knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Site Inspections: conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Surveying and Measurements: assist in surveying construction layouts and elevations using survey equipment.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: maintain organized project documentation and distribute to stakeholders.
• Project Coordination: collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams for coordination.
• Quality Assurance: support quality control and address non-conformance issues.
• Safety Compliance: promote safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
• Data Analysis: collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
