Job summary

Enerfab Resources is seeking an Electrical Field Engineer II in Desoto, KS to oversee project activities, perform site inspections, and coordinate with project teams to ensure work progresses on schedule and to specification.

The role requires electrical construction experience, outdoor work willingness, and strong communication and leadership abilities; proficiency with BIM, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience in BIM, Revit, Navisworks, and other 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: leadership in overseeing construction projects, monitoring progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Site Inspections: conduct site inspections to verify activities align with plans and standards, report findings, coordinate corrective actions.
• Surveying and Layout: perform and supervise layout tasks, ensuring accurate measurements and elevations; guide junior engineers.
• Coordination and Communication: facilitate communication among project teams, resolve design and construction issues.
• Quality Assurance: lead quality control, verify conformity to standards, implement corrective actions and reflect changes in as‑built drawings.
• Safety and Compliance: promote safety protocols, conduct safety audits, enforce guidelines on site.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: collect and interpret construction data, generate reports for management and stakeholders.
