Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction, with a focus in the industrial / heavy commercial market.
• Experience in BIM, Revit, Navisworks, and other 3D modeling software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Lead construction projects, monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and report findings with corrective actions.
• Surveying and Layout: Perform and supervise layout tasks with accurate measurements.
• Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication among project teams and resolve issues.
• Quality Assurance: Lead quality control and ensure as-built drawings reflect changes.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on site and conduct audits.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and interpret construction data and generate reports.
