Qualifications

• Ability to complete onboarding requirements and pass background checks.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Experience with material takeoffs and site documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Participate in integrated planning sessions.
• Produce discipline IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents to ensure buy-in.
• Verify quantities and coordinate curves with Project Controls.
• Monitor progress and contractor status weekly.
• Assist in addressing design, schedule, safety, and quality issues.
• Assist in interpreting RFIs and managing documentation flow.
• Interface with field engineers to provide constructible responses.
